Help B2B e-commerce customers navigate software questions, shipping logistics, and financial matters
Interact with customers across multiple channels; calls, chats, and tickets
Ensure every interaction is professional, helpful, and human
Empower customers to make confident decisions on their own
Spot patterns, suggest improvements, and help shape customer experiences
Grow and develop new skills in areas like process optimization, product knowledge, training, and quality assurance

Required

You have full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing
