Responsibilities

Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies
Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene
Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals
Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives
Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified promote opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipelines

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role

Preferred

1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies
knowledge of Google's advertising products and solutions, especially YouTube advertising solutions
Ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activities to meet customer goals
Ability to self-initiate and navigate ambiguity with curiosity and resilience
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent communication and people management skills, combined with a solution-oriented attitude and an ability to be a collaborative team player
