Product Management Lead, ER Device

Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for a specific Extended Reality (XR) devices and define the frameworks for quality and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be used for this XR device class; drive quality hill climbs
Drive the hardware requirements for devices based on goals and desired experiences and drive relationships with external partners, including OEMs and other strategic partners, to ship devices
Collaborate with platform, input, SysUI, Apps, and AI teams to integrate plans into the device strategy. Collaborate deeply with UX and UX Research teams to define delightful and intuitive devices
Cultivate ongoing relationships and collaborate closely with internal XR product managers and cross-functional partners. Own execution of internal milestones (e.g., internal scaled testing) to drive product insights pre-launch
Conduct analysis of engaged products to inform approach to market and product strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc)
Preferred
MBA or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in the XR industry, including launches and research
Experience defining holistic strategies for new product areas
Experience delivering zero-to-one products and technologies (i.e., new technology introduction)
Experience working with external partners to jointly ship products
