Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all estimating activities for retail construction projects

Perform and review hard bids in a fast-paced retail environment

Develop and implement estimating SOPs, workflows, and best practices

Mentor, manage, and grow the estimating team

Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams

Evaluate pricing strategies, risk, and opportunity selection

Support pursuits targeting $100M+ in annual work volume

Qualification

Required

12+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction

Strong hard-bid experience is required

Experience with ground-up construction

Deep understanding of retail construction, including aggressive schedules and hard deadlines

Experience working with landlords

Preferred

Prior people leadership or mentoring experience preferred

Healthcare experience is a plus
