The position involves performing various repair and maintenance tasks, responding to guest calls, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work
Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-house work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public
Good driving record (required)
