HR Manager
HyperLight is at the forefront of the commercialization of thin-film lithium niobate integrated photonics technology. They are seeking an HR Manager who will be vital in scaling the team and supporting company growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Lead recruiting operations: create and manage recruiting content and job descriptions, scheduling, pipeline tracking, and interview coordination, including on platforms such as Trinet, Workable, and LinkedIn
Drive fast, organized hiring cycles, including setting and tracking KPIs, screening candidates, and improving processes
Build long-term talent pipelines through sourcing, university outreach, events, referrals, and intern program
Manage onboarding, offer letters, HR documentation, and employee recordkeeping
Execute on compensation benchmarking, role and leveling framework and criteria, and workforce planning
Manage background checks, employee leaves, offboarding, and immigration paperwork (with support from legal); support compliance initiatives
Maintain and scale HR systems (currently TriNet) and policies; resolve employee questions
Lead people operations and employee experience to support a positive, cohesive culture, including development of employee retention initiatives and oversight of company events
