The Summer Intern - Procure to Pay role involves supporting the Procure-to-Pay transformation by assisting with data integrity, process analysis, and system readiness efforts for the implementation of a new financial system.

Responsibilities

Assist with supplier data clean-up, validation, and maintenance to ensure accuracy across procurement and accounts payable systems

Conduct data analysis to identify and correct duplicate or inactive supplier records and purchase orders

Help organize and catalog contract documentation to ensure alignment between Procurement and Finance records

Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to assist in invoice review, payment reconciliation, and other AP-related tasks

Participate in cross-functional meetings with Finance, Procurement, and IT to support the new system implementation

Contribute to ad hoc projects aimed at improving data governance and process efficiency within the P2P function

Required

You are a current student working toward a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

An interest in process improvement, financial systems, and data accuracy

Preferred

Coursework experience in procurement, finance, or data management

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud

Experience working with supplier master data, contracts, or purchase orders
