Responsibilities
Supporting MHS organizational performance through leadership of improvement activities
Providing support to MHS leaders by improving day-to-day business and clinical operations
Applying mid-range tactical interventions which enable progress toward organizational strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant subject matter
Minimum five (5) years of facilitation, performance improvement experience or intermediate-level training; or licensed RN with two years performance improvement experience
Preferred
Master's degree
Training in Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints or other process efficiency-based improvement methodology
Change Acceleration Process (CAP) training or proven change management abilities for influencing and achieving collaboration
Training or experience facilitating rapid-cycle problem solving work sessions
Experience as team leader or team member on complex initiatives
Healthcare related experience
Experience working in a multi-facility corporate environment
