Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing design coordination activities into engineering design packages
Responsible for defining scope of work for installations of security systems including ACS, VSS, and IDS
Accurate coordination, communication, and management of both external vendors and internal Tesla teams
Responsible for developing concise communications and workflows for articulating Security Installation status and on-site conditions
Responsible for as-built verification leveraging Bluebeam software, PlanGrid, Aconex and traditional survey means/methods
Work with Security Engineering, Technical Project Controls, Construction, BIM and Engineering to create process improvements for Coordination, Short Interval Planning, 4D Analysis and other construction-related activities
Expected to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workload environment
Qualification
Required
Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent industry experience
Physical Security Certification such as Physical Security Professional (PSP) or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of hands-on experience managing physical security projects including overseeing the installation of Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, and Access Control systems
Experience interfacing with construction and cost control on quantity takeoffs and Work Breakdown Structures
Continuously meeting and exceeding internal and external customer's expectations
Ownership of a site's security posture and associated projects through initial site planning, initial build-out, move-add-change projects, site maintenance, and decommissioning
