Responsibilities

Using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, you will evaluate, provide guidance, and answer customers' bookkeeping and QBO questions, including financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues, and anything else that may look off to you in our customers’ books

Create high-quality customer experiences that instill confidence and ensure all follow-up communication is executed timely

Research regulations to support guidance

Identify and recommend products that create value and address individual preferences

QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification3+ years QBO experienceCustomer service skillsAttention to detailTechnology proficiencyVerbal communicationWritten communication

Required

QuickBooks ProAdvisor / QBO Level One Certification is required

3+ years using QBO in similar bookkeeping roles

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software

High degree of customer service skills - ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring

Ability to provide personalized solutions by suggesting products that would fit their situation

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed (DSL, cable, Fiber) internet connection. (No Satellite.)
