Segra is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Inventory Specialist to work within their Lincoln, NE market. This role serves as a key business partner to the Operations and Supply Chain Management teams, ensuring compliance with internal policies, conducting inventory audits, and providing actionable insights. The individual will also coordinate with third-party logistics partners and may perform introductory level responsibilities as part of the Field Service Operations talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with internal policies

Conduct inventory audits (full physical and cycle counts)

Provide actionable insights to the Operations and SCM teams

Recommend and implement enhancements to inventory controls and processes

Act as the primary point contact for Mobility Application (D365) training and support

Coordinate cross-functionally with third-party logistics (3PL) partners

Support market operations involving an average of $2M+ in CapEx materials per location

Perform introductory level responsibilities such as staging gear and downloading scripts as needed

Travel within the market and some regional travel expected
