Responsibilities
Review data and create accurate purchase orders in a timely manner
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to maintain proper stocking levels
Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners
Maintain accurate supplier information, pricing, and lead times in system
Contribute and support the development and implementation of procurement strategies
Qualification
Required
Excellent data entry skills
Self-starter with an outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
Preferred
