Inside Sales Manager
Waste Pro USA is seeking a motivated self-starter to lead the Alpha Dumpster Sales Team. The Sales Manager will optimize customer experience by managing relationships, training the team, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Hire, train, coach, and lead the Sales Team to provide support for customers
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet business goals and streamline processes. Ensure lead follow up is timely
Answer and guide the sales team through difficult calls or issues to diffuse customer escalations. Resolve escalated issues as needed
Lead team meetings and provide clear expectations of best practices and goals
Support team by assisting as needed on projects and daily tasks
Researches and stays current regarding competitor services. Maintains awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry
Develops strategies and goals based on changing market conditions and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Motivated self-starter
Experience in managing customer relationships
Ability to develop relationships with new customers
Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring a sales team
Ability to meet company sales goals
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
Ability to ensure timely lead follow up
Experience in resolving escalated customer issues
Ability to lead team meetings and set clear expectations
Ability to assist team on projects and daily tasks
Knowledge of competitor services and industry trends
Ability to develop strategies based on market conditions and customer needs
