Sales Executive, Commercial Insurance
FNIC Trusted Insurance Advisors is seeking a Sales Executive for their Commercial Insurance department. This role offers the opportunity to build a personal book of business while providing tailored insurance solutions and achieving performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities
Prospect, hunt, and close new commercial insurance opportunities
Build, manage, and grow a commercial book of business over time
Learn to identify client risks and deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions
Compete to achieve and exceed production goals, with performance directly tied to earnings
Collaborate with internal service, marketing, and carrier partners to win and retain business
Represent FNIC through networking, professional involvement, and community engagement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Valid Driver's License
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence others
Competitive, self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals
Willingness to prospect, network, and actively pursue new business opportunities
Prior sales experience, particularly in a business-to-business or relationship-driven environment
Preferred
Resident Property & Casualty Agent's License preferred, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
Commercial Lines insurance product knowledge, preferred
Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, and/or AAI, or a demonstrated interest in pursuing them
