Oracle is building the future of cloud at scale through its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The OCI Product Marketing Programs Lead will own the execution of the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with various teams to create structured programs that drive product adoption and market impact.

Responsibilities
Own how go-to-market strategy turns into execution
Lead GTM planning, establish workflows, and build the toolkits that make OCI’s story usable across regions
Partner closely with product marketing, advertising, events, and enablement to deliver integrated programs
Ensure sellers and partners have the right content at the right time
Measure adoption and market impact, using data and field feedback to refine programs and inform future planning
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in product marketing or related field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in go-to-market strategy and execution
Strong understanding of product marketing, sales, and field enablement
Ability to establish workflows and build toolkits for marketing programs
Experience in measuring adoption and market impact using data
Ability to translate strategy into action
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN or secondary locations (Austin, TX/Seattle, WA)
