The Unit Secretary is an unlicensed person who performs indirect care and assists with departmental organizational activities with the leaders
Assists in the coordination of outpatient services by effectively performing clerical, receptionist and communication duties
Assists in maintaining a safe and organized environment of the patient care unit(s)
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for all new hires, effective April 2014
Preferred
Medical terminology preferred
