Responsibilities

Monitors and reports internal SOX compliance against external regulations and industry standards
Independently performs risk assessments, oversight, enforcement, and reporting activities to meet regulatory and legal information technology SOX compliance requirements
Provides recommendations to highly complex issues and guidance to those in less senior positions
Collaborating with SOX external auditors and internal stakeholders
Preparing SOX compliance-related documentation and reports
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Detail oriented with strong communication skills
