Firstar Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst I to analyze and present credit data for Loan Officers. The role involves preparing loan memorandums, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze assigned loan applications within established guidelines across entire customer base

Prepare written loan memorandum documents in accordance with established policies and procedures and assist Loan Officers/Management with loan analysis

Spread and analyze financial statements, develop credit information and, where applicable, review complicated credit issues for use by Loan Officers and committees in making lending decisions on new, renewal, and extension loans

Analyze cash flows, including global cash flow, to ensure adequate cash is available to meet any and all debt requirements, as well as adequate liquidity is maintained

Assist in the development of loan agreements

Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

Regular interaction with Loan Officers and, as necessary, with customers

Complete annual training as required

Participate in bank/community activities

Other duties as assigned
