Responsibilities

Develop 3D piping layouts and models for complex industrial systems
Perform pipe stress analysis and restraint evaluation
Design and coordinate pipe supports with structural and civil disciplines
Prepare drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables for review and construction
Interface with engineers, designers, and project teams throughout the design cycle

Required

US Citizenship or current Green Card (Permanent Residency)
Minimum of 5 years of professional piping design experience in industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects (oil & gas, power, petrochemical, or similar)
Strong working knowledge of ASME, ANSI, and API piping codes
Proficiency with Caesar II and AutoCAD
Experience with PDMS, SmartPlant 3D, or Navisworks
Ability to interpret P&IDs, piping specifications, equipment layouts, and stress reports
Familiarity with structural steel integration and support coordination
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
3–7 years of hands-on piping design and stress analysis experience in industrial environments
