Director/ExecutiveInizio Engage is a strategic partner in healthcare, and they are seeking a Director of HUB Finance to lead financial planning and operational insight for their Patient Solutions business. This role will serve as a key financial advisor, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and client reporting while developing a high-performing Finance team.

Responsibilities
Serve as the key financial advisor to Patient Solutions, HUB and Client Services leadership, translating trends and operational needs into financial insight
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and revenue/margin modeling for all HUB programs
Provide expert input to develop and govern pricing models, rate structures, and financial assumptions for new business proposals and client renewals
Oversee client financial reporting, management reporting packages, invoice accuracy, and program-level profitability
Strengthen financial processes, dashboards, and KPIs that support scalability
Partner with Operations, People & Culture, and Data & Analytics to optimize cost-to-serve, staffing efficiency, and forecasting accuracy
Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team
Qualification
Required
Experience in patient solutions (access, affordability, adherence), full HUB services, specialty and/or non-commercial pharmacy are required
Proven success in FP&A, financial modeling, accounting and client financial management within a services-based business
Strong business acumen with experience partnering directly with operations and client teams
Ability to communicate financial concepts simply and influence decision-making at all levels
Proven track record building scalable financial frameworks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience building out a service line or in a private-equity backed environment is also a plus
