BIC Recruiting is a leading industrial services company, and they are currently in search of a Mechanical Project Manager to support their Insulation service line. The role involves building relationships, managing a high-performance team, and ensuring the financial performance of the Insulation Division.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service

Estimate & win accounts which fit into the strategic vision for the company

Build a high-performance team to execute the work; build your team with people of great character who align with our values and culture; foster a culture of development on your projects; grow and develop your eventual successor

Be responsible for the financial performance of the Insulation Division

Keep a diverse business to protect against recessions

Be a solution provider; take ownership of your division

Participate in the monthly WIP conversations and know the performance of your jobs and projections

Help maintain a high safety-oriented culture

Keep the leadership team informed of the projects’ operations

Identify and develop new customer relationships to build on opportunities which fit in wheelhouse

Required

5 years in a leadership role with experience in industrial mechanical insulation or in industrial mechanical/plumbing/HVAC or other industrial Project Management background required

Leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety

A proven track record of completing small to large scope mechanical projects

In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

Effective oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); FastEst, Comput-Ability MIKE, or Trimble help
