Responsibilities
Maintaining dashboards and trackers
Preparing customer-facing updates
Coordinating documentation
Supporting cross-regional processes such as onboarding and revenue-sharing compliance
Handling tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks
Improving organizational efficiency across tasks, schedules, and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Experience in service, installation, or design of audiovisual and presentation systems
Background in program or project management, ideally in a corporate or enterprise environment
Proficiency with dashboards, trackers, reporting systems, and advanced Smartsheet skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities in complex team environments
Understanding of job financial reports with the ability to control costs
Strong decision-making, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
Ability to read, write, and present information effectively in small groups and customer settings
Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically across multiple cultures and time zones
Competence with math, rate/ratio/percentage calculations, and international currency conversions
Strong problem-solving skills in standardized situations
Certifications: CTS required; Smartsheet expertise required
Preferred
CAPM or ACP preferred (expected to earn during tenure)
CPP or CPC considered a plus
