Responsibilities

Overseeing a team of 6-10 team members across ERP administration, software development, and data analytics
Establishing clarity and strategic direction across the organization’s ERP, applications, and data landscape
Discovery and documentation of the current-state systems and integrations
Gaining visibility into historically siloed and individually built ERP components
Creating a clear roadmap for modernization and data initiatives
Aligning ERP, applications, and data systems while reducing reliance on single individuals who currently own critical integrations

Required

Bachelors Degree
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience across ERP, software development, and data platforms

Strong background in software development and engineering leadership
Proven success leading large-scale system implementations and data-driven initiatives
