Responsibilities

Optimize large, complex SQL queries in Snowflake and SAP-supported environments to improve report performance and reduce compute costs

Tune Tableau dashboards for speed, scalability, and efficient data access

Partner with BI analysts to review existing reports, identify inefficiencies, and implement performance improvements

Measure, track, and communicate performance gains, including reduced runtimes and compute cost savings

Develop and maintain supply chain and distribution center reporting (inventory, forecasting, throughput, cost, performance)

Translate business requirements from procurement, inventory, merchandising, and distribution teams into reliable reporting solutions

Validate data accuracy while ensuring consistent performance across reporting outputs

Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, performance, and consistency across BI deliverables

Qualification

Required

4+ years of BI or analytics experience, ideally supporting supply chain or logistics reporting

Expert-level SQL, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, and performance tuning

Advanced Tableau development and dashboard optimization experience

Hands-on experience working with supply chain data, especially inventory and procurement

Experience supporting ERP, WMS, or supply chain system migrations (SAP preferred)

Preferred

Snowflake SQL experience preferred but not required
