Responsibilities
Acting as our strategic HR lead, advising senior leaders and managers with confidence and clarity
Championing a healthy, inclusive and values-led culture across the organisation
Leading the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to wellbeing, employee relations, formal HR processes and exit
Supporting managers through real, sometimes complex people issues with empathy, pragmatism and sound judgement
Using data and insight to spot trends, shape interventions and improve how things work
Owning and evolving our people practices, not just maintaining them
Qualification
Required
Has solid generalist HR experience and is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
Is confident advising, influencing and (when needed) constructively challenging managers and leaders
Cares deeply about equity, inclusion, wellbeing and organisational culture
Understands that good people practice is about judgement, relationships and trust, not just process
Is values-driven and motivated by work that genuinely matters
Preferred
Charity or not-for-profit experience is great, but not essential
