Responsibilities

Design and lead scalable employer brand programs, rooted in TRM’s values and hiring strategy

Build and manage a strategic content calendar across multiple channels (social, blog, email, internal comms)

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop custom brand toolkits for hard-to-hire roles

Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to extend TRM’s voice into candidate-facing moments

Develop systems to measure the reach, engagement, and impact of our talent brand efforts

Stand up internal operating models and templates for faster execution and iteration

Advise on brand strategy in partnership with the Talent Events lead—without owning logistics or execution
