Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and delivery for insurance solutions

Drive product vision and execution in an Agile environment

Gather requirements, analyze, and create detailed business requirements documents

Support insurance carriers and manage stakeholder relationships

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

Experience in P&C insurance domain, with strong understanding of multiple lines of business

Experience in product management or product ownership within insurance or financial services

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment

Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to any of the locations Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Richardson, TX and Tempe, AZ

Insurance industry experience is a must, experience supporting insurance Carriers

Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis and creating detailed business requirements documents

Experience in Agile projects

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
