Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming medical supplies and equipment
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to varying order requirements
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records in real time
Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies
Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety protocols
Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment or inventory-related issues
Assist with other warehouse operations and tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment—experience in the medical or healthcare industry preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards in regulated environments
Experience supporting fulfillment for healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supply chains
