They are seeking a Corporate Trade Compliance Intern to support their Compliance team, focusing on international trade regulations and company policy adherence while contributing to compliance program development and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Support the Corporate Compliance team in day-to-day operations related to international trade regulations and company policy adherence

Attend team meetings to gain insight into compliance program development, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives

Assist in drafting and updating compliance manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, legal, procurement) to support trade compliance initiatives and issue resolution

Monitor and track regulatory deadlines, licensing requirements, and other key compliance activities

Required

Matriculated rising undergraduate student majoring in business, logistics, supply chain management or related discipline

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong attention to accuracy and detail, particularly in reviewing documentation and regulatory data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly

Willingness to receive and apply constructive feedback to enhance professional growth

Interest in international trade regulations, import/export operations, and global compliance frameworks

Strong organizational and time management skills

Self-motivated and proactive approach to learning and task ownership

Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently

Capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
