Seven Starling is a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services supporting every stage of motherhood. They are seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for clients navigating the perinatal journey.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for clients navigating the perinatal journey
Participate in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and join monthly clinical team meetings
Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
Contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests

Qualification

Licensed in CaliforniaClinical experienceEvidence-based modalitiesTrauma-informed careTelehealth proficiencyCollaborative team modelPassion for missionMulti-state license

Required

Independently licensed in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
California Residency requirement
At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women's mental health
Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
Passion for Seven Starling's mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company

Preferred

Multi-state license is a plus
