The Program Manager will oversee program operations, ensure adherence to standards, and collaborate with stakeholders while representing the program at various events. This role requires statewide and national travel to fulfill job responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the JAG-SC program operations
Ensure adherence to the JAG Model Components and Standards to include training of program staff
Conduct meetings, facilitate professional development, and oversee JAG-SC event planning
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Serve as program representative at state, regional, and national events
Develop, evaluate, and revise JAG-SC policies and procedures to ensure JAG Model delivery standards are met and in compliance with data management expectations
Establish and maintain a strategic vision for program improvement
Travel statewide and nationally to perform job functions
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience
Energetic self-starter with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate effective written and oral communication and organizational skills
Ability to relate well with a diverse range of people and values
Demonstrate skills necessary to manage activities and performance from a distance
Proficiency is required in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel
Commitment to supporting the Division of Academics, Student Affairs, and Research's vision for bold, innovative, and sustainable practices and values of integrity, supportive engagement, and continuous improvement
Preferred
A master's degree and relevant program management experience
Strong knowledge of JAG to include JAGForce and HeadRush database systems
Supervision of multiple staff members
