Responsibilities

Become a Google Workspace expert and deploy that expertise directly with clients
Understand clients' business problems, design Workspace solutions, implement them, and drive adoption
Work across the entire stack—from executive change management to technical configuration
Engage in projects including enterprise migrations, security implementations, workflow automation, and organizational transformation initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to make Google Cloud and Workspace work for complex organizations

Required

A track record of excellence in whatever you've pursued
Extreme attention to detail—you catch things others miss
High bias for action—you figure things out and move fast

Strong communication skills—you'll be talking to both executives and technical teams
Comfort with ambiguity and building things from scratch

Preferred

Prior Google Workspace experience (we'll train you)
Technical background or CS degree
Consulting experience
