Responsibilities
Support the Portfolio Management team with day-to-day operations and assist with ongoing departmental projects, such as:
Internal reporting: monthly KPI reports, budget variance reports, leasing analytics, market analytics, capex and cash management, etc
Market and sales data collection and analysis: stage supply and studio development trackers, Salesforce, and deal tracking
Complex financial models
Gain a healthy range of learning experiences, including financial basics, modelling exercises, and other real estate fundamentals, while also participating in unique, studio-specific tasks
Work with Yardi, advanced Excel projects, PowerPoint, and some Salesforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales/leasing, operations, development, finance, accounting, and investments
Conduct research, organize data, and prepare ad-hoc reports or presentations
Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance department goals
Complete a final Summer Showcase presentation outlining what you’ve learned and worked on during your internship and present to fellow interns and team members
Qualification
Required
Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level or trade school program

Preferred
Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or similar majors
Prior Excel experience through a course or previous internship(s)
