Responsibilities
Familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being used and should exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training
Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects using NDT methods of inspection
Organize and report test results
Perform specialized inspections
Actively participate in client programs, planning and strategy sessions
Actively participate in client safety initiatives, incident investigations, etc
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience as a Level II NDT Technician or similar field
NDT Level I Certification (Radiography)
Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks
Code shooting capabilities
IRRSP or State Card
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person)
Preferred
Some college preferred
UT, MT, PT Certification are a plus
