The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations, coordinating daily activities such as shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment while collaborating with logistics teams to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders

Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule inbound and outbound shipments

Assign dock doors to carriers and ensure efficient traffic flow in the loading/unloading areas

Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to minimize wait times

Document inbound/outbound shipments by capturing information and verifying shipment conditions upon arrival and departure

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Identify process improvements and support implementation of best practices

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors

Other duties as assigned

Required

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
