Support and uphold the Mission of The Salvation Army
General Account Management:
Billing management
Monthly invoicing
Order food and program supplies
Maintain and build relationships with vendors
Work hand-in-hand with the Corps Officers to ensure program is meeting deadlines and guidelines
Liaison between The Salvation Army and Warren County
Seek out all cost-effective options to save program money
Qualification
Required
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required
Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
General business administration and office management
Account management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with high degree of attention to detail
Superior time management and planning
Problem solver and solution driven
