Responsibilities
Removes weld spatter and inspects paint coverage
Stack shoes onto pallet and fills out part labels
Maintains Environmental, Health & Safety standards in the workplace
Always keep work area clean
Always work in a safe manner
Demonstrate dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations
Other job duties may be assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to read and write
Must be able to follow simple instructions
Good communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Ability to work well with others
Must be able stand continuously for 8-12 hrs
Must be able to lift 25lbs with minimal walking
Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively
Ability to work in tight places
Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills
Ear and Eye protection is always required in production areas
Exposure to a noisy work environment
Exposure to hot and humid conditions
Steel toe boots with metatarsal guards are always required
