Responsibilities

Responsible for the creation of omni-retail strategies driving towards your client goals with oversight from your manager
Utilize disparate data sources to discover trends, build strategy, communicate effectively to clients and retail partners, prepare monthly, quarterly, and/or annual business reviews, and create and analyze sales/inventory forecasts
Handle communications tactfully and present data and recommendations in a way that impacts the company's position, prestige, relationship, operations, and end results
Gather accurate and timely knowledge of omni retail trends, data needs, client competitors, and an overall pulse of the industry that will empower you to make strategic pivots as needed
Use structured processes with clear communication to make decisions that affect the operating efficiency both internally and externally
Responsible for the development and maintenance of project management including assigning and checking work, assisting and instructing as required, and performing closely related work
Assume full responsibility for managing the lifecycle of your client (meeting preparation, communication, timeline updates, ad hoc requests, project status, sales & competitive trends, etc.) and accountable for next steps
Create documentation related to client strategy processes and continually update previous processes for relevancy
Maintain, update and audit platform items and lead your client set in the basic operational requirements of retailers
Experience calculating financial formulas: profitability, revenue, margin, etc. both from an OS and client set perspective

Demonstrated ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding, and ambiguous work environment

Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
2 years of relevant work experience - CPG experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related field
