Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for entire programs or multiple projects; drive continuous improvement in scheduling methodologies, tools, and processes
Coordinate input from project managers, technical leads, finance, and other stakeholders to integrate schedules and resolve conflicts
Track progress toward project milestones and identify schedule risks; develop mitigation strategies to prevent conflicts
Track schedule performance by analyzing variances (e.g., milestone burndown) and report progress to senior leadership
Perform capacity planning and resource leveling to ensure resources (people, equipment, etc.) are available and used effectively
Supply data and generate accurate reporting products, including metrics, dashboards, and visualizations, for stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in project management, supply chain, engineering, or a related discipline
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools
Experience developing integrated master schedules for large-scale programs
Demonstrated expertise in nuanced federal interagency program environments
Proven experience in program planning, supply chain, or project scheduling, with an Earned Value Management (EVM) background
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills; ability to employ discretion and sound judgment while managing multiple priorities under pressure

Preferred

Active SECRET clearance preferred, will consider if you are otherwise highly qualified and eligible for a Secret clearance
