Director, Global Transformation

Responsibilities
Manage transformation strategies aligned with WBD’s mission, values, and the evolving market landscape
Collaborate with colleagues across business units on initiatives that drive growth and innovation
Structure high-level and ambiguous problems soundly and develop clear insights using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Utilize analytics and business intelligence to develop data-driven recommendations
Partner with business leaders to define the scope, goals and KPIs for transformation initiatives
Lead the planning and execution of workstreams within large-scale transformation programs, or end to end management of smaller-scale transformation work
Develop detailed project plans, define clear milestones, track progress, manage risks and ensure initiatives are delivered on time
Establish project governance and reporting mechanisms, providing regular updates to the GSVP Global Transformation
Facilitate and lead meetings with stakeholders and internal team members
Champion the integration of digital technologies and AI to enhance content delivery, audience engagement, and internal workflows
Develop plans to manage cross-functional efforts to optimize processes, reduce complexity, and improve performance across global operations
Partner with functional leaders to analyze current state processes, identify gaps and design future state operating models
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Transformation leaders and business leads on company-wide transformation initiatives and functional specific initiatives
Communicate transformation goals, progress, and impact clearly and consistently to various stakeholders
Collaborate with other team members within the Global Transformation team
Develop and foster strong team relationships
Be proactive and positive
Be equally comfortable working as a part of a team, and working independently
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in business transformation or strategy, ideally within media, entertainment, or technology sectors
Proven success managing cross-functional projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem solving with the ability to develop long-term transformation plans that align with evolving industry trends
Strong analytical skills. Experience in gathering and analyzing data and developing actionable recommendations
Experience managing change management programs with a proven record of being a change agent and motivating the organization to embrace new ways of working
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex strategies to a diverse set of audiences
Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders
Be highly adaptable and flexible. Be comfortable in ambiguous and changing environments
Experience working in international markets with an understanding of cultural, regulatory, and operational differences
