Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed a 10 percent annual growth target

Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue and margin improvement

Directly supervise and train employees across sales, customer service, warehouse, and transportation functions

Set performance expectations and coach team members to achieve sales and service goals

Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including receiving, inventory management, invoicing, purchase orders, and credits

Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through product expertise and market insight

Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction

Partner with marketing to support promotions, social media initiatives, and demand-generation activities

Collaborate with managers across wholesale locations to share best practices and support new business opportunities

Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
