Program Director, Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program
The University at Buffalo is seeking an outstanding physician leader to serve as Program Director for the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program. The Program Director will oversee all aspects of program administration, curriculum development, accreditation, faculty engagement, resident recruitment, and educational innovation, ensuring alignment with ACGME requirements.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Med-Peds residency program in alignment with ACGME requirements
Design, implement, and continuously evaluate the educational curriculum and clinical training experiences
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Med-Peds residents and core faculty
Foster a culture of inclusion, wellness, academic excellence, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with leadership from Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, affiliated hospitals, and GME office
Ensure ongoing program accreditation and regulatory compliance
Participate in scholarly activity and represent the program at regional and national levels
Qualification
Required
Outstanding physician leader
Experience in program administration
Experience in curriculum development
Knowledge of ACGME requirements
Ability to recruit, mentor, and evaluate residents and core faculty
Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, wellness, academic excellence, and continuous improvement
Collaboration skills with leadership from Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, affiliated hospitals, and GME office
