E-commerce Software Sales Executive (SaaS) – Onsite | USA

They are seeking a driven E-commerce Software Sales Executive with proven experience selling SaaS solutions to e-commerce businesses in the US market, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full sales cycle for US-based e-commerce and DTC brands
Prospect, qualify, and close inbound and outbound leads
Conduct in-person and virtual product demos with founders, CMOs, and e-commerce decision-makers
Clearly communicate product value tied to revenue growth, conversion optimization, and retention
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Share market insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy

Qualification

Required

2+ years of SaaS or software sales experience
Direct experience selling to e-commerce businesses
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce)
Knowledge of core e-commerce KPIs (CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV)
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment
USA-based candidates only
No remote or hybrid work

Preferred

Experience selling e-commerce SaaS, AI tools, or marketing technology
Outbound sales experience (LinkedIn, cold email, calling)
Early-stage SaaS startup background
