Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day operations of our NYC office, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment
Manage office logistics including supplies, vendors, equipment, and space planning as we grow
Coordinate team events, all-hands meetings, and office social activities that strengthen our culture
Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, IT support, and service vendors
Manage office budget and track expenses
Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
Onboard new hires with seamless office setup and orientation
Help manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate travel
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
Take on other special projects that support the CEO's strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
2+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or operations roles (startup experience a plus)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and problem-solve proactively
Proficiency with standard office tools, expense management tools, etc
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise excellent judgment
Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
