Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and document business processes, workflows, and service delivery needs
Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team
Analyze existing HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD platform
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business users to elicit and validate requirements
Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and other documentation to support system design and development
Assist in the configuration and testing of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including case management, knowledge management, and employee service center portals
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating with HR users to ensure solutions meet business expectations
Provide support for system go-lives and contribute to change management and training materials for end-users
Act as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow HRSD module, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably working on enterprise software or SaaS platforms
Strong understanding of core HR functions, such as employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into tangible technology solutions
Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation (e.g., creating user stories, process maps, and business requirements documents)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred

Direct experience working with the ServiceNow platform is required; specific experience with the HRSD module is highly preferred
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly desirable
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus
