Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support and service for probe card customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
Perform precision micro-assembly tasks under a microscope, including manipulation of microscopic wires using tweezers
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electronic circuit issues using standard diagnostic tools
Document service activities, diagnostics, and resolutions using Microsoft Excel and Word
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Work independently with minimal supervision, managing service priorities and schedules
Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and customer support documentation
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and support product enhancements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work
