Responsibilities
Travel to and from customer sites, working with management and support staff to arrange logistics; ensure all necessary parts are prepared and communicate with the department manager while in the field
Perform troubleshooting, start-up, and repairs on units both in the field and at the factory
Provide customer training on the safe operation and maintenance of equipment
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, especially regarding service needs or required modifications
Qualification
Required
AAS in Electrical / Electronics, or similar trade school / military training
Electrical experience with Power Systems
MUST be able to work overtime and travel 50% to customer sites domestically and internationally
Must have driver's license and U.S. Passport
