Manage and deliver capital projects for capacity improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to optimize layouts and workflows
Develop and review 3D CAD models and technical drawings using Creo or equivalent software
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or capital project management
Proficiency in Creo or similar CAD tools (Inventor/SolidWorks)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Background in assembly and machine shop environments
Familiarity with Lean principles and process optimization
