Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring smooth operations

Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of financial records

Handle general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and document preparation

Collaborate with accounting staff to prepare reports, invoices, and other financial documents

Manage correspondence and communication related to accounting and administrative matters

Maintain updated records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions

Support the team in tracking expenses and verifying financial data

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of accounting tasks

Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability for routine operations

Assist in the preparation of presentations or materials for financial meetings

Required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Familiarity with finance administration and accounting operations

Solid understanding of corporate accounting principles

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Competence with office software and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software
