Byrider is looking for an Experienced Collection Account Manager to join their forward-thinking team that’s reshaping the way businesses recover receivables. In this role, you will own a portfolio of past-due accounts and drive strategic recovery efforts while collaborating with internal teams to craft bespoke solutions for each account.

Responsibilities

Lead end‐to‐end collections for a portfolio of accounts, balancing persistence with professionalism
Develop and execute tailored settlement plans, escalating only when necessary
Analyze payment histories and financial data to identify trends and proactively mitigate risk
Build rapport with debtors—listen, negotiate, and guide toward resolution
Collaborate cross‐functionally with sales, legal, and finance to streamline processes and share insights
Maintain accurate records in our CRM, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Required

Experience as a Collection Account Manager
Ability to lead end-to-end collections for a portfolio of accounts
Ability to develop and execute tailored settlement plans

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, and finance
Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Results-driven with the ability to set ambitious targets
Ability to commute to Florence, KY 41042
Ability to relocate to Florence, KY 41042 before starting work
